Aromatherapy Massage
A tailor made therapeutic massage oil will be created for you, taking into consideration your skin type, any particular concerns/medical conditions and also your wellbeing. It can be reviving & uplifting, or relaxing & calming. This same essential oil blend will also be added to the diffuser for inhalation during your massage time.
40mls of tailored massage oil will be blended for you, approximately 10-15ml will be using for your appointment and the remainder will be given to you to take home an essential oil safe amber glass dropper bottle, for use at home either for self massage or bath oil.
45min Aromatherapy Treatment £45
Your treatment will begin with approximately 15mins consultation and blending time. Followed by approximately 30mins massage time.
You can choose between Legs & Feet, Back Neck & Shoulders, or Shoulders, Neck, Face & Scalp. We will discuss this during your consultation.
Reflexology
Reflexology uses specialist massage techniques & the use of pressure in various zones of the feet, to help to relieve aches, pains and ailments in the body and balance the body & mind.
Each area of the foot is related to an area of the body and by working through these points with careful manipulation we can help to gain balance.
It is a very relaxing treatment, many people book purely for the relaxation and find themselves in a mediative state or falling into a complete sleep. Benefiting all evening and into the next day from the stress relief and calm after feeling. Restoring balance for the mind and body.
Reflexology £45
Approximately 45min treatment on feet, tucked away in our cosy relaxing treatment room, under a blanket, a warming eye mask is offered for the duration of the treatment, perfect if you struggle to ‘switch off’ and your choice of a relaxing or reviving essential oil aroma blend in the diffuser.
